📘 General Regulations
1. The author of these Regulations is the company Dark Storm Rage Room, located in Kraków at ul. Piwna 22.
2. Smoking cigarettes, tobacco products, or using flammable items such as lighters and matches is strictly prohibited throughout the building.
3. Anyone wishing to participate in the game is required to sign these Regulations. If someone refuses to sign, participation in the session is not allowed.
4. For minors under 18 years old, the Regulations must be signed by a parent or their legal guardian.
5. Persons over 15 years old may participate without a guardian, but written consent from a guardian is required (template available on the website). Persons under 15 may only participate in our activities in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.
6. Before starting to use the services, an employee will explain the rules of using the room, inform you about the permitted use of objects, and provide all necessary information. The employee/supervisor is available at any time to those entitled to use the room.
7. While in the Rage Room, participants are required to follow these Regulations and the instructions of the staff. Participants take part at their own risk, except in the case of errors caused by an employee due to negligence. In case of repeated non-compliance with the Regulations, the staff has the right to ask the participant to leave, without the right to a refund of incurred costs.
8. Sessions in the Rage Room are not recommended for persons suffering from epilepsy, claustrophobia, or undergoing psychiatric treatment.
9. Persons with health problems (including pregnant women) for whom activities involving sudden stress are particularly not recommended, must inform the staff of this fact before starting the game for their own safety.
10. Dark Storm reserves the right to post photos and videos of session participants on the official website, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, if the user gives consent.
11. Anyone making a reservation on the website https://darkstormrageroom.com, by phone, or in person at the company’s premises is obliged to read these Regulations and communicate their content to any additional participants.
12. Persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotic substances, or any other substances impairing rational thinking are obliged to inform the staff before starting the game and have the right to reschedule to another available convenient date when they are free from the influence of such substances.
13. Participants under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other substances impairing rational thinking who did not inform the staff but still started the game, may be refused continuation of the session by the employee. In case such a person causes damage not approved by the employee, the staff has the right to report the situation to the police.
14. In the event of significant intentional damage to items not authorized by the employee (such as active lighting, sound systems, cameras, etc.), participants agree to cover the costs of the damaged equipment and its installation in accordance with the valuation by Dark Storm Rage Room. If it is difficult to recover the claims from the perpetrator who caused the damage and does not agree to pay for repairs, the employee has the right to report the case to the police..
15. For matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
📘 Session Regulations
1. To make a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the selected package is required.
2. Participants who are going to take part in the game are required to arrive at the Dark Storm premises at least 10 minutes before the start of the session or no later than the reserved time. Dark Storm reserves the right to refuse entry to persons who arrive more than 15 minutes after the appointed time. A participant who arrives more than 15 minutes late is not entitled to a refund or to reschedule the game to another date. A person who informs the staff about being late, but whose delay does not exceed 15 minutes, has the right to use the room and this delay is not deducted from the session time.
3. A maximum of 4 people can participate in a single session.
4. For the safety of participants and proper monitoring of the sessions, cameras and microphones are installed in the room.
5. It is mandatory to wear protective suits and protective elements provided by Dark Storm Rage Room.
6. It is necessary to sign these Regulations by hand before entering!
📘 Booking Rules
1. Reservations can be made via the form on the website https://darkstormrageroom.com, by phone at +48-516-533-851, or in person at the Dark Storm premises in Kraków at ul. Piwna 22.
2. On the day of the game or the day before, one of the employees may send an SMS or call the number provided during booking to confirm it. Providing an incorrect phone number or the lack of telephone contact may result in the reservation being canceled.
3. The service provider has the right to cancel the reservation without giving any reason. Any funds paid by the User will be returned in the same form in which they were paid.
4. The payment applies to a single session. The price depends on the number of people taking part in the session and the selected package. A detailed price list is available on the website.
5. Payment can be made by cash or card at the company's premises.
6. A User who cancels the reservation less than 24 hours before the agreed time of using the Product will be charged with all costs of the Service Provider and will be obliged to compensate the Service Provider in full.
7. If the reservation is not canceled at all, the User will likewise be charged with all costs and will be obliged to fully compensate the Service Provider.
8. A user who cancels a reservation more than 24 hours before the agreed time of using the product has the right to a refund of the costs incurred for this reservation.
9. After purchase, the consumer does not have the right to make a complaint.
📘 GDPR Data Protection Policy
According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, we inform you that:
1. The administrator of the Dark Storm website and thus of the provided personal data is the company Dark Storm Rage Room Vladyslav Rostetskyi, based in Kraków at ul. Piwna 22.
2. The security of personal data is ensured by the Data Administrator, who can be contacted via the contact form on our website.
3. When booking a room via the Dark Storm website, you must provide your personal data necessary to complete the order, i.e. your name and surname, e-mail address, and phone number.
4. Data will be processed to fulfill the order and stored for archival purposes in the administrator's database for a period of 3 years from the date the service was provided.
5. In the case of booking by phone, personal data is provided verbally. By choosing this form of reservation, the person agrees to the processing of their data for the purpose indicated above.
6. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to complete the order. The data will remain confidential, secure, and will not be transferred to other entities for commercial purposes. Personal data is collected with due care and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons.
7. You have the right to: access your personal data; rectify your data; delete your personal data; restrict the processing of your data; object to data processing; transfer your personal data; and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
8. During the service, participants are recorded to enable Dark Storm staff to properly provide the service. The Data Administrator processes personal data for archival purposes for 3 years from the date of service provision.
9. At your request, we issue invoices. In this case, your data will be processed as part of accounting documentation and stored for as long as required by law.
10. When contacting us via e-mail, including by sending an inquiry through the contact form, you provide us with your e-mail address as the sender. Additionally, in the content of the message, you may include other personal data. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to establish contact. Your data will be processed for contacting you. After the contact ends, your data may be archived for internal purposes. The content of the correspondence may be archived, and we cannot clearly determine when it will be deleted. You have the right to request the history of correspondence we have conducted with you (if it has been archived), as well as to request its deletion, unless its archiving is justified by our overriding interests, e.g. defense against potential claims from the service recipient.
